RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL SALES – IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the nature of our merchandise and limited drops, all items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Under no circumstances may returned items be opened, worn, washed, or damaged. Any item that has been opened or shows signs of use cannot be resold and will therefore not be accepted for return.
RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order (EU & UK consumers)
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item is in the exact same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is provided
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
OPENED PACKAGES
For hygiene, quality, and resale reasons, any item that has been opened will not be eligible for return, refund, or store credit. This rule is strict and applies without exception.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
We aim to minimize refunds where possible.
- Refunds are not offered by default
- Approved returns will be compensated with store credit (shop credit) equal to the purchase value of the returned item
- Store credit can be used on future purchases and does not expire
Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if legally required under applicable consumer protection laws.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credit.
EU & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS
For EU and UK consumers, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer laws apply, we will comply accordingly.
